How to Benefit from Our Guarantee: If you encounter any problems, please contact our Customer Service Center, regardless of the date of purchase. We also recommend that you retain the invoice with the part number.

Natural Oxidation of Silver: It is important to note that silver can undergo a natural oxidation process, which can cause the jewelry to blacken or tarnish. However, after proper cleaning, the jewelry will regain its natural, new appearance. Therefore, possible oxidation, the natural blackening of silver, is not covered by the lifetime warranty. Exceptions to the Warranty: We would like to remind you that our warranty does not cover misuse of jewelry or loss of stones in general.

925 Silver Quality Hallmark: All our jewelry is in perfect condition for sale, and each piece is stamped with our hallmark, validated by the Customs Guarantee Service in Nice, guaranteeing that it meets the standards required in the jewelry market. This hallmark measures 2 mm and is not visible to the naked eye, but it is affixed to each of our pieces to guarantee their exclusivity and quality in 925 silver.
